Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the NewStep Marketing Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before you register as an affiliate ("Affiliate"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join the Program.

1. Eligibility

• Everyone is eligible to become an Affiliate of NewStep Marketing.
• By signing up for the Program, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Enrollment

• To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the affiliate application form on our website. Upon acceptance, you will receive an affiliate account and a unique affiliate code to use in promoting our products and services.

3. Commissions

• Base Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 20% lifetime commission on sales made through their unique affiliate code.
• Commission Increase: Depending on the number of customers referred, Affiliates can increase their commissions up to 30%.
• Recurring Commissions: Affiliates earn commissions for every month that the referred customer remains a paying customer.
• Special Deals: Affiliates can request special deals for higher commissions and exclusive affiliate partnerships. Requests are subject to approval by NewStep Marketing.
• Product-Specific Commissions: Different commission rates may apply depending on the product or service sold.

4. Affiliate Code and Sales Page

• Custom Code: Each Affiliate will receive a custom code to be used by customers at checkout to ensure tracking and commission attribution.
• Subdomain Sales Page: Affiliates can request a personalized subdomain sales page to promote NewStep Marketing products and services. Requests are subject to approval and availability.

5. Payments

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Payments are made through the payment method specified in your affiliate account.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: There may be a minimum payout threshold. If your earnings do not meet this threshold, the amount will roll over to the next payment period.
• Taxes: Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with their commission earnings.

6. Promotional Guidelines

• Compliance: Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
• Representation: Affiliates must not misrepresent NewStep Marketing or our products and services.
• Prohibited Practices: Affiliates are prohibited from using spam, unsolicited emails, or any other forms of deceptive or unethical advertising.

7. Termination

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business.
• Termination by You: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: NewStep Marketing provides the Program on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or any products or services sold through the Program.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewStep Marketing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

9. Independent Contractors

• Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of NewStep Marketing. You have no authority to act on behalf of or bind NewStep Marketing.

10. Confidentiality

• Any confidential information that you may receive from NewStep Marketing as part of the Program must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third parties.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Munich, Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
