• Done for You + Maintenance Services: Comprehensive service packages that include both initial development and ongoing maintenance on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Provider: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Stripe Link, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, iDeal, Bancontact, and other methods available through Stripe.
• Payment Terms: Payments for one-time services are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments for subscription services will be billed monthly in advance.
• Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
• Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

4. Subscription Services

• Monthly Subscriptions: Services such as maintenance packages and done for you + maintenance services are billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date unless canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
• Changes to Subscription: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or services with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

5. One-Time Services

• Scope of Work: The specific scope of work for one-time services will be outlined in a proposal or contract. Any additional work outside the agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional fees.
• Delivery: Delivery timelines for one-time services will be provided in the proposal or contract. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
• Revisions: Most one-time services include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
